Need guidance on getting top sash guide replacements

I don't have a picture of my top sash nor am I able to measure the width since it is so hard to put back the windows but my windows use SWISCO X385 - 33" series for its channel balances.  Based on that, can I find out what size top sash I need to purchase as replacements?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to determine what your top sash guide is based on the balance itself. The S385-33 is compatible with about a half million different top sash guides. The only way for us to narrow down the list of possibilities is to see the original and have its dimensions.
