Looks like you have the older style Roto operator and handle, which are no longer available. What happens with your type of operator is that the black nylon locking collar wears out and will not hold in the handle. If the collar is worn, you can put a little tape on the handle's hex stud to make it fit tighter. You might want to consider a new operator and handle, however. Take a look at our 39-330 operator along with our 39-114L or 39-205 handles.

Will the 39-329 crank work

The 39-329 is the opposite-hand operator for the 39-330. If that's the side you need to replace, then yes, but based on your pictures above it looks like the orientation matches the 39-330. Why do you think the 39-329 would be better?

I asked about the 39-329 as the arm on that is on the same side as the one in my pictures not sure if It makes a digfference as if it does I need to try and change my order as I ordered the 39-329 before your first response..

I'm not sure about that, either. I agree with Dave; in your picture, it looks like you have a 39-330. Keep in mind that the arms for these operators can be rotated. That is, after all, how they open and close the window. It looks like your arm has just rotated to a different position than how it appears in our picture, that's all.
