Need handle replaced

Looks like you're missing the operator. We may be able to supply this, but we need more information.

First, can you please show me one photo that shows all screw holes? I need to get a good idea of the pattern but it has to be in one shot.

Next, can you remove the operator from the window entirely and show me a clear shot of the link arm? Partial removal will not be sufficient, the entire operator has to be taken out.
