Need handles for two patio doors

Unfortunately, we do not carry any replacement handles with 10" hole spacing that works with a multi-point lock like yours. I'd recommend contacting Jeld Wen directly to see if they could point you in the right direction. Thanks for posting and good luck with your repair.
