Need help 21"

Question

I attached some photos of loose parts which fell down and out of the window can you help 21" long..photo of stamping also I need 2 thanks.

This looks potentially like a 21" Series 385 Channel Balance, just make sure that the bottom nylon shoe depth--the heel-to-toe measurement--is 1-3/32". We don't carry this balance with a stamp option of 2070 in our standard inventory, but we'll be happy to make them for you via a custom order.
