Thank you for your photos. Starting off with your balance, I see it resembles our Series 770 but I can't be too sure based off of these photos alone. Take a look and see if you agree. If so, we need to know the length of the balance, along with any stampings or markings that may appear on the balance. Moving on to your tilt latch, wed like to see photos of it from the front end and we also like to see photos showing the shaping of the locking "tooth" of the latch to  be able to get back to you with some options.

A quick learner from United States says:
I also need these

Thank you for the reply. Your pivot bar marked with "6236" is no longer made. However, our previous customers have used the 26-021 as a replacement. Look it over and let us know what you think. As for your balance, did you happen to take a look at the Series 770 to see if it is similar to yours? If not, take a look and give us some feedback.

Paul from SWISCO responded:

The clip you are looking for looks almost identical to the 19-029. The balance you need is a ribbed balance. You show the length as 28". We need for you to get back to us with the stamped code on the front side of the balance.

A quick learner from United States says:

Here it is

N here is the hook

Thanks for getting back to us. It looks like you need an S770-28 with a stamp option of 28B, for a sash weighing between 12 through 18 lbs, and with rivets installed in the first two holes. You can then attach the S-Clips to those rivets and then to the window track. My colleague Bob is sending you an email with a custom link to order (2) of these balances. Let me know if you have any other inquiries. Many thanks.
