Need help with 2924DSL Stamp Balance

I try to get (30" Window Channel 1/2) Balance but I don't sure about it, I add the images for help.
I don't see the "2924DSL" series number in the list when I pick the 385 series.
Please, I need be sure before purchase the product.

Hello! Thanks for reaching out to us. We can definitely supply this balance, but it will have to be a special order due to that stamp. As you  mentioned, the 2924DSL stamp is not standard. This indicates to us a very special spring made to accommodate a particularly heavy sash. Because of this, it cannot be supplied as a stock part.

Before we go any further, can you just tell me how many you need? Once I know the quantity, I can email you an order link and price quote. Let me know!
