They gray T-Lock I just purchased to replace the tan one. The hook on the new on is a little pig to fit in the sash. Is there another size I need?

Your original t-lock shoe has a groove that the 15-195 that you purchased does not. Instead, take a look at our 15-236 that has the groove needed to attach to your original balance channel. Thank you!
