Thanks for writing in! Your window crank reminds me of the 39-318 Truth Split Arm Operator. The link arm is being connected to the sash with, what appears to be, the 39-514 Stud Bracket. The opposite handed versions of both parts are tagged below.
To replace the crank handle you can use the 39-114L.
The casement lock looks like it could be the 38-090 SliverLine Casement Locking Handle. Your tilt latches have an appearance similar to the 26-393A and 26-393B tilt latch pairs; the biggest difference between them is the side of the latch. You'll need to remove the lock and the latches, so that you can compare their dimensions and their designs to your existing hardware.
