For a new operator, we will need to see the window open where we can see the arm(s). From there we can confirm the overall style for a possible replacement.

For new hinges, please start by reviewing the 36-048 2-bar hinge set that has a 10" sill track. Compare the dimensions to confirm a good fit! We also have stainless steel version available under 36-004-10. Please note that both the top and bottom hinges will need to be replaced at the same time.
