Replacement Handle and Lock

Good afternoon, I'm looking for a door handle/ lock for my sliding glass door attached are pictures of what I have and a drawing of the dimensions of the lock. The handle holes are 5.25 on center

Hello! The handle looks to be in good condition, still. However, the keeper appears to be missing. Is that all you need? If so, see our 82-218. Carefully look over our dimensions to confirm that this can fit in the space in your door.
