Need help I identifying rollers

Thanks for writing in! There is a chance that we can supply you with the replacement roller you need, however, I'll need to see the housing of the roller to identify the correct replacement. This only appears to be the part of the roller connected to the inside of the housing.

Please double check the door to see if the housing may somehow still be lodged/attached to the inside of the frame.
