Need help confirming if this is a Pella window operator

Hello, I think this looks like your Pella operator but wanted to confirm it with someone please? When I turn the crank there is a lot of play & when I shut it, it stops just shy of the window lock lever from catching & have to push it from the outside before locking it. I might need the hinge too. When I push it to close it, it moves laterally rather than a smooth pivot

We appreciate your patience during this busy season. Our 39-175 Pella operator looks like it could be a good match. However, you'll want to measure as shown below to confirm.
As for the hinge, take a look at the options we have related for you on this page. Review the specifications and see if one of them matches what you need for this repair. Note that we recommend replacing the top and bottom hinges at the same time.

Thank you. I removed the operator and the dimension match exactly to the 39-175. Thank you! I measured the hinges and mine look closest to the 39-396 or 39-397. My window opens to the left (hinge side). Which hinge Kit is correct for the Left Hand opening window in my pictures? I assume the kit includes Top & Bottom hinges? Thank you.

Pella views the swing of the window from the exterior view. Looking at the photos, your window swings to the right, so you will need the 39-397, which from the outside swings to the right. These hinges come in sets for top and bottom replacement.
