Need help confirming which Non-Tilt window channel balance model to purchase.

Thank you. I'm glad you showed me those photos. That plastic bearing between the spring and cord tell me that you have a unique configuration balance. None of our stock options can replace this, unfortunately, but we can supply this as a special order.

It is not, no. It appears identical at first glance, but as stated above you have a unique configuration. The block and tackle system is very different; the stock Series 385 will end up breaking in your window after only a year or so of  use.
