Need help crank handles keep stripping

A quick learner says:
My casement window handles were stripped and did not work. Handyman bought new crank handle from Home Depot, and it almost immediately stripped as well (white one in picture. Original was similar size but silver color). Handyman says we need a longer or stronger one to lift these heavy old windows. Do you have a solution?
Thank you,

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need you to confirm the exact length of your operator's arm that moves the window sash compared to the 9" measurement shown below. From there, we should be able to narrow down your replacement options. Thank you!
