Hi, I need to buy 2 more door rollers for a different sliding patio door. I don?t know the brand of the door, but I?ve attached photos of the roller unit removed from the door. Can you figure out what unit I need as a replacement?
Thanks so much.

Hey, Rob. This is similar to our 81-083, though it is a little different in design. Look over our dimensions and let me know what you think.

It looks like a reasonable possibility. But one thing it's lacking are the two little "wings" which seem to seat the original in its place inside the door. Note these wings in the third photo (removed from the door) and in the fourth photo where it is inside the door. It appears that the wings keep the roller assembly from sitting too high up inside the door.
Here is the only unit I was able to find on your webside the has similar wings. However, it does not have the tab for the screw that 81-983 does. But it does look like it has a hole for the screw in approximately the right location.
What are your thoughts?

I'm a little confused. Are you referring to a different part in our catalog? If so, what is the part number?
Our 81-083 does lack those tabs on the bottom, but it does have dimples in the same spot. The only function of those wings should be to keep your roller firmly in place in the frame, which is what our dimples do, too. The overall width including dimples is 13/16". If your overall width including tabs is the same, then I think they'll serve the same purpose.
