Need help find operator and brackets

The split arm broken. it's truth 40941-A on the bottom hinge mounted on the window frame. Need find the operator and the parts that operator arms connecting to windows.

Might there be another window in the house that has all the parts intact? We'd like to see photos of this hardware but in undamaged condition.
