Need help finding a coil balance for this single hung tilt sash

Question

Usually I can find out a balance just from experience but this one was odd/Unkown to me because I usually always see coil balances on double hungs but this one is on a single hung. They're marked 11L and 11R for left and right. I provided dimensions of the balance housing and how to balance mounts to the top. Do you guys know who makes this part or if you guys have a match for this part? Thanks

We can't be sure with the hardware still installed, but the S161-11 would be a good place to start. We also offer the 16-030 mounting bracket. Review the specifications below compared to your assembly removed from the window. Thanks for posting!
