Need help finding a door handle for our sliding door

Hi Tom,

this is my first time here. My problem has to do with the door handle for our sliding door. My wife and I were out of town and our 22 year old daughter stayed home and when we got back, somehow the door handle for the sliding door, was broken. it doesn't work anymore. i nee to replace it and i can't find the proper part anywhere. i have attached a picture of the manufacturer information. i don't if this helps, so i was wondering whether you can help me get the correct door handler, along with the lock for our door.
