Need help finding a part to this Getty Operator

I work for a remodeling firm and am looking to replace a piece to this Getty Window opener, I have the arm piece but need the bottom piece that is attached to the window sill. Any advice on where I could get this would be helpful

Thanks for contacting us. I am afraid Getty windows are no longer being manufactured. With that being said, we happen to carry some parts that can accommodate Getty windows. Take a look at our 39-044 and 39-045 Getty operator.

I see you mentioned some sort of "base." we only provide these type of operators with both the base and gear arm together as a unit. We do not sell them separate nor do we recommend trying to separate them. We like to leave it all one unit.
