Need help finding a replacement part

I just sent a request through your site requesting assistance but was not able to attached the above pictures on the channel block & tackle window balance I'm in need of. Hope these help. Would appreciate letting me know if you have them in stock or let me know where I can get them. I can use 4 if you happen to have them in stock.

Marking on the balance: 1360 BSI

Size : 14 Inch x 1/2 Inch

Window Weight : 20 lbs

Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much for your patience during this busy season. It looks like your top and/or bottom fittings are missing, perhaps still in the window. Can you show us a complete balance with the end fittings intact?
