Need help finding a replacement window part - couldn't find one that matches on your website

Question

Nylon price broke on one of my window parts. It says "1390 BSI 20" on one of the sides. The metal piece is 14 inches long. I couldn't find one that looks like this on your website so I was wondering if you could please help me find a replacement and tell me how to install it.

Thanks for posting. It looks like you have either the S380-14 with a 1" shoe or the S385-14 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window. Look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Let me know if it does not match either measurement.

I am not able to cross-reference the stamp from your balance, unfortunately. So, to select the correct stamp for your balance, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your window. One you have the window weight, you'll be able to select the stamp needed for your balances based on the weight ranges on the chart below the product description. Please notify me if your window weight does not fall between those weight ranges.
