Need help finding correct 29B bsi channel balances

Hi! I'm a home owner trying to fix a window with a couple broken channel balances. I'm not sure which part number to order and I would very much appreciate it if you can help me with this. I believe it says 29B (there may be a C after I'm not sure it's hard to see) then BSi. The window is vinyl single hung. Not sure if this info also helps but the Window's CAR# is 157-101, the Rating is H-R30 44x60. It also says it conforms to NFRC 100/200/300 WHE-K-001. Please let me know if you need additional info. Hello! I think we can definitely help you with this balance. Based on the design of your bottom shoe in particular, I think our Series 775 would work well to repair your window. Look it over and let me know if you had any questions about this product.

Tom looking at the other I see I need a 29" on the model you recommend and the shoe size is 1" what I don't know is which sash weight my window needs. How do I know if it's B, C or D? It's a single hung window.

We do have a return policy, which you can see here.
Your old stamp reads 29B, looking at your pictures, so you want to select our 29B stamp.
