I'm hoping that someone here can help me source the correct Identical replacement part for my cabinets, they were installed new back in 1992, we are in need of the Right rear, two-piece Plastic slide bracket that attaches to the drawer slide in order to fix this.

Hello, Dean. Looks like you have the old Merillat drawer sockets. These haven't been made in a long, long time, so you aren't going to find an identical match anywhere. Fortunately, our 32-119 is a confirmed substitute. I've used it myself and can attest that it works great. The catch is that you have to drill new holes for it to install, since they don't have plugs like your old ones.
