Need help finding proper parts

Need help to find the proper cranks. They don't close anymore. I have to pull on the window while cranking it closed.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for posting. This might be the 39-031 and 39-032 EntryGard Dual-Arm Operators. Just make sure the dimensions of the arms shown below match what you have. Let me know if anything differs, in any way. For new covers and handles, see the 39-107 and 39-114L sold separately.
