I have attached a photo and measurements of a roller I cannot find a replacement for. This roller is in a door that is 96" high and 36 3/4" wide. It is a heavy door. I can find rollers that fit all the specs except the 4" length of the body. The closest I can find has been a 3 1/8" body.
There is no identifying info on the roller at all.
Can you find a match? If not, do you think a 3 1/8" body roller would work O.K. with this door?

Based on the information you gave us, I think our 81-166S is our best match. The most important difference I can see is the thickness; ours is 11/16" compared to your 5/8". I would double check that measurement.
As for length, I wouldn't worry about it. These rollers have plenty of room to install and length is rarely an issue.
