Need help finding replacement window balance

My windows are operating poorly and getting stuck. Trying to see if i can find replacement balance kits

Your balance appears to have a wedge shoe like the one used on the Series 775 Balance. We can provide you with the replacements but I'll need to know the length of the channel and the width of the wedge.

If your shoe measures 1-1/4", please let me know.

I think i found the replacement to be S775-28
2800 1" shoe.
