Thanks for contacting us. We may be able to replace that operator, but we'll need a bit more information. Could you show me a photo of it removed from the window? I'd like to see the arm that does the opening and closing of the window.

As for the part in your second photo, I'm afraid I don't recognize that. Is this the lock? I don't think we have anything that could replace this, unfortunately .
