Need help finding the correct channel balance for a Kinco Window

This is from a Kinco Window. I believe it's 35".

User submitted a photo of window balances.

Could I see a few pictures of the top attachment, as well? That will help me determine what Series balance this is. Thanks!

Thanks Tom, if it helps now, I have ordered and successfully installed the '18-166 : 5/8" Top Sash Guide, Kinco' part for these with these same balances for my other windows.

Otherwise, I can take another couple of pictures tonight.

Unfortunately, balances don't go with any one top sash guide. I will need to see pictures. Let me know!

Perfect! I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 380 or our Series 385 balances.

Now, as you can see, there is only one difference between these two Series, and that is their bottom shoe. The Series 380 uses the 15-005 while the Series 385 uses the 15-004. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.
