Need help finding the correct replacement for channel balance

One of the channel balances popped up and out of the window (not dropping down like so many Youtube videos show), not sure what's causing it, but I figured that I should replace them. I took the channel balance out and took some photos. Both the top shoe and bottom shoe have wings, and the stamp on the metal channel shows 26-3. Please let me which one of your balances is a good match. It seems to me 380/385 could be. Thanks!

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 26-5/8" which is what makes it custom. I will just need a few more details before we proceed.

Can you show us a full and unobscured view of the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord? We would also like to see the bottom fitting from a side angle.

Hi, thank you for getting back to me. I'm more than happy to provide further details. BTW, I'm thinking of replacing both balances. Would it still be required that a matching custom balance needs to be made? Thank you for your help!

That's a good idea! We always recommend placing your balances in pairs. Both balances would need to be a custom order, yes.

Let me know if these photos help. I can provide more if needed. There is a piece of plastic that has broken off from the bottom shoe that would have kept the metal hook in place. That's why the hook is loose right now. Thanks.
