I am trying to replace the broken channel spring for my Milgard window.
The part shows # 23 9 BSL
Measurement of metal portion: 60cm (23 5/8 in)

Thanks for reaching out to us, Rogelio. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 23-5/8" which is what makes it custom.
Can you show us a photo of the top fitting? How many balances are you looking to order? We can get the ball rolling once we have those details.
