Need help finding this crank operator with handle

Question

I have another client and one of the repairs consist of casement crank operator and handle replacement. I do not know the brand of window but I have some photos. Please help, thank you!

Thanks for posting! This operator appears to be an older version of the 39-092 ROT Casement Operator; the opposite handed version is the39-091. Carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to the existing hardware to confirm if these are the right fit.

The handles compatible with these operators are the 39-224 fold-down and 39-230 non-folding crank handles (these have a 5/16" Hex). You may also need the 39-557 Roto Spacer, only if the operator has one installed.

Keep in mind, you'll need to reuse the arm linking the operator to the bottom of the swinging sash. Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for this piece of the hardware.
