Need help fixing window balance

Question

Hello I have a window that won't stay open. The balance on the left side unhooked and came off. It would normally have one part in one of the slots on the frame and the plastic part slides into a hole on the bottom of the window. looking for a replacement part which will also have some sort of installation instructions. thank you.

Thanks for your post! This coil balance carrier reminds me of the 15-103 Quad Side Load Carrier. To determine if this is the correct match, carefully look over the specifications on the website.

This is used with the Series 145 Coil Balance. To determine the coil weight options needed for the replacements, you'll need to look for stamps/markings on your coils. If there are none, you'll need to confirm the exact weight of the window sash.
