Need help fixing window crank

A handy person from syr. ny says:
# 4505601 us patent

for kitchen window single right hand opening.
the gear came out don't know it there's a way to put it back together or if i need a new one.
The arms measured 5" and 4 3/4" distance between the mounting holes is 5". 5 3/8" wide.

It's tough to make a recommendation without seeing the whole operator, but start by looking at our 39-090 or 39-188. The difference between these two is the style of the gear arm; the 39-090 has a "Z" shaped arm while the 39-188 has a "W" shaped arm. You'll need to look over your original operators to confirm the better match.
