As for your balances, we'll need to see the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside of an undamaged balance to confirm if you can use our stock balance or if they'd need to be custom-ordered. Thank you!
Thanks for getting back to us. The good new is that your balances use the same spring and pulley connection as our stock balances. With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. Keep in mind that your metal channels should measure exactly 27" long, not including the end fittings.
You'll also need 2640 spring strength options for your replacement balances. Just let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
