Pivot shoe and coil balance for Simonton window. Have included pictures.

This looks like a 15-192 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. See the video below. However, please note that the Simonton version of this shoe has a differently shaped metal cam, which affects pivot bar compatibility. Therefore please swap old your old metal cams with the ones in the new shoes.
