Hello-
I can not find any manufacturer information or labels anywhere on my windows. They are aluminum frame, single-hung tilt windows.
Spiral balances-
The balances have a snap on cover over the metal tube of the balance. The metal balance tube is approximately .380" diameter and 29" long from end to end. I cannot see the color of the plastic bushing on the bottom end of the balance but it does have a white plastic bushing on the top end. I'm guessing the S900-29 red tip would be the proper replacement?
Pivot shoes-
I have attached several pictures of the dimensions of the pivot shoes.
One last question - what is the proper way to lubricate the channels where the pivot shoes ride? I read somewhere to use a dry lubricant only.
Need help idenifying spiral balances and pivot shoes

I was able to get a picture of the plastic bushing at the bottom of the spiral balance. It appears to be a tan/ light brown color...

Thanks for posting! The shoe looks like our 15-045, and the dimensions seem to match as well. As for the balance, our Series 900 looks good, as long as the metal tube is 3/8" in diameter. I think that's a faded Red Tip. Balance manufacturers all seem to use different shades of red, but they are all considered the same in the industry.
As for lubricating the track, I recommend a silicone spray. This is good because it doesn't attract debris.

Thank you so much! Quality parts - FAST delivery - informative videos on how to install and adjust the windows. Everything worked perfectly and the windows go up and down smoothly like they were brand new. Thanks again!
