Thanks for writing in. It looks like the top fitting is our 19-005. The bottom might be our 15-005 shoe, which is 1" deep. If so, then you'd need an S380-30 Channel Balance. However, something tells me this shoe might actually have a depth of 7/8". The depth is the 'heel-to-toe' measurement on the shoe. Please measure this out. If it's 7/8" instead, you actually will need balances that use our 15-029 shoe. None of our stock items feature this, but we'd be happy to provide them for you via custom order. I would just need to know how many balances you require. Let me know and we'll go from there. Many thanks.
