Need help identify the channel balance

We can supply this balance, but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. Before we go any further, I need to see a picture of the hook that was at the end of the cord. We also need to know how many you need.

These pictures don't show me anything new. We need to see the hook at the end of the cord. Since your cord has come undone, you're probably better off getting an undamaged balance to show us.
