Need help identify which part to order

I am looking for Caldwell channel balancer per the attached photos.
On the old channel balancer its written 27 4 CO Caldwell.

Please help me identify which one to order. Need 18 of them.
Please note that the old balancers I am replacing has only bottom one winged but the ones I see on your website has top and bottom both winged.

I will also need appropriate shash guides.

Also are there any instructions/videos how to install them.

Also when I took out the window the shash guides (see photo) broke. So I will need those too.
