Good afternoon. I need help identifying this "bolt" or some type of reverse shoulder screw. Can someone assist? The threads are 1/2-20

Unforutnately, we do not carry the same type of fastener in the size that you need. You're welcome to look through our selection here. In your case, I would recommend bringing the original screw to a local hardware store so that they can match you up with a replacement.

Unfortunately we live in a remote part of The Bahamas. If someone can provide the name for what this is maybe I can find it online to have shipped in.

It does appear to be a shoulder screw of some kind but the exact term may vary between companies.
