Need help identifying 1-1/4" dual coil balance pivot shoe

Question

I’m trying to identify a replacement pivot shoe for my tilt-in vinyl window.
The plastic retainer that holds the pivot bar broke, so the pivot bar no longer locks into the shoe and the window won’t stay up. There are no molded part numbers on the pivot shoe or carrier that I can find.

As for the pivot bar, we would need to see an undamaged version of this part, uninstalled, to compare to our inventory.
