Need help identifying

I have an older crank out casement window. There are two crank outs and a stationary window in the middle. One of the two crank outs has 3 broken plastic clips which hold the " slide bar" in place and allow for sliding of the locking bar to lock and unlock the window. The picture below shows the clip from the window that is working and holding the slide bar.It is approximately 1in wide and 1/2 in long. I would need 6, three to replace the broken clips and 3 extra. Hopefully you can help. Should you have any questions please let me know. I believe the window is approximately 8-10 years old and originally purchased at Home Depot.
