Your handle set reminds me of the 82-086 with 3-15/16" mounting holes but you'll need to confirm that the inside handle has an offset thumb latch as shown on our product page. As for your mortise lock, We'd like to see another clear photo of the faceplate to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
