I am having a difficult time ordereing replacemt sash balances. Can you help!

Good morning, Patrick. Looks like you have two different balances. The key stamps here are "12#27" and "10#31." For 12#27, I recommend our 24-1231 Andersen sash balance. For 10#31, I recommend our 24-1033 instead.

I have 2- balances #11600-2. D67 7#27 4 83. They are 6 5/8" long x 3" wide. What replacements should I order?

Hi Donna! Choose part number 24-737, this can be used to replace Andersen Window balance boxes with stamp 7#27.
