I need help confirming which balance shoe I need. I?m not sure the difference between 15-195 and the 15-229.

Thanks for posting. Judging from your photos it appears your t-lock shoe has an open cam (or rather, you can see through it). Therefore, you'd want to look at the 15-195B Open Cam T-Lock Shoe.
