Need help identifying correct part number for top channel sash guide

I have attached two pictures, one is a front view and the other a side view of the sash guide with measurements. The picture is of the existing one which seems it might be bent a little. Please assist in identifying correct part number.

This looks like an older version of our 18-171. I don't believe yours is around anymore, but I think the only difference is the height of that top portion. You may be able to cut down the top of the 18-171 to size. Would that solution work for you?
