Hello, I need your help please.
The channel balance is 1/2 inch wide and 33 inches long
I cannot tell from the photos on your page if the part is S380 or S385.
Does the replacement piece include the plastics end pieces or do I order 3 parts for 1 channel balance?
The only markings on the metal are 32 4 DP Caldwell

Thanks for writing in, Julie. The only way to know for sure is to measure from the heel-to-toe of the nylon shoe. If this dimension is 1", you have the Series 380. if it's 1-3/32", then you have the Series 385. See the video below for details. All nylon fittings come attached with our channel balances.
All of our balances arrive to you completely assembled with a channel balance top and bottom balance shoe. To determine whether or not the Series 380 or Series 385 will work, you will need to measure the depth of your bottom balance shoe, like in the image below. Once you have identified which balance will work, you can go with the 3240 option.
