Need help identifying crank operator

Question

I have two milgard windows where the operator crank broker from the rivet. Do you sell replacement parts so I can fix them myself? I would like to replace all the necessary components as they are over 20 years old. Please provide me a list of everything that's needed.

Thanks for reaching out to us! The operator reminds me of the 39-220B and 39-221B. As for the hinge, I recommend you take a look at the 36-048. Review the specifications for these parts and see how they compare with yours. We just recommend you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
