Need help identifying crank window casement assembly

Hello,
I need some help identifying this window crank. The arms are ~12" long. The handle assembly has some stripped parts in it that are preventing it from opening and closing properly.

Thanks for posting. This looks a bit like our 39-312 11" Arm Operator to me, but review the dimensions listed below and see if you concur. For a new handle, see the 39-114L sold separately. Let me know if you have further questions.
